Who in their right mind makes these thing in the morning to be eaten by a bloke who hates geggies and non meat crap ? Yeah my wife . So now be wise and post a real mans breakfest on this topic so i can let my wife read it and make me a manly breakfest atleast for once !!

whilst flapjack is nice for an energy boost when out walking or camping

its not my idea of brekkie

slabbers is a real brekkie but one or two things missing

so here goes

3 x rashers of bacon
2 decent sausages ( ie lincon or cumberland type )
2 x eggs
3 x hash browns
3 x circles of cooked black pudding
fried mushrooms
baked beans
stewed tinned tomatos

variations down south include grilled kidneys and bubble ( bubble = bubble n squeak = left over mash cabbage peas , re fried in butter and black pepper,mmmmm)

with a couple of fried bread ( or toast as a healthy option lol ) and a big mug of tea = perfection

mind when i'm in the mood i'll eat cornflakes with just ice cold milk and no sugar
or toast / cumpets with best butter on mmmm

now if you wasnt hungry before reading this you soon will be lolololol
