k to ALL members players in our servers

i have been approached by several members and visitors
about the rising level of bad language on our servers
as a result of this we @ fc are looking at the situation

1st step is to place server messeges on our servers asking
ALL players to refrain from swearing
we will run this as a trail and will use the watershed limit as our guide
9pm uk time 10 pm cet etc etc ( rather than a total ban at the moment)

binds are of course acceptable but over use of bad language binds will not be tolerated
and will be met with a warning and if ignored then a temp ban

sorry if this upsets anyone but from the feedback i'm getting it seems more are getting put off by the bad language
and -[FC}- is about having fun

and will ask all members / server admins to police this policy please

server rules

1= NO CHEATING (if found cheating will be auto ban from forum and servers )
2= RESPECT other members wishes ( not every1 like the same )
3= NO been abusive to other members or players ( in -[FC]- servers OR any other server )
4= NO bad language be4 9pm ( uk time )
MORE RULES TO BE ADDED SOON

plz all remember this is a FUN clan but every clan has to have rules that need to be followed

noooooooooo m8 this has nothing to do with our chat in server last nite lol
that was 3 m8s just chatting k
and if i remember right it was well after the times mentioned in my post today

and when its a small bunch of m8s n tounges slip np
we just dont want others to think of our servers as a swear box etc
and wish to encourage some new players in there

we dont feel that loads of swearing or abusiveness is the way forward for us the -[FC]- fun clan
and are trying to turn down the levels of swearing thats happening at the moment
and as we recently had a lot of younger members join us , dont think it sets a very good example to them

we dont wanna seem to heavy handed either by just banning all that swear ever ( as lots of servers run that rule )
and at some point most of us have ie wtf ,u c**t etc etc

thats why no names of either complainer's or culprits
and just a new rule to try to find balance for all members and visitors alike

all are welcome at fc and we wish to keep it that way
